Destination Pet is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet pet parents, answer phones, and guide clients through our services with warmth and professionalism.
You'll juggle scheduling, bookings, and payments, ensuring a smooth visit for every VIP (Very Important Pet-parent) while maintaining a clean, welcoming lobby. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required. Prior customer service experience is preferred.
