Part-Time Facility Custodian

Williamson County Parks and Recreation is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Facility Custodian at the Fairview Recreation Complex. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for facility visitors and staff.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Cleaning and maintaining the overall facility, including floors, common areas, and other designated spaces.
• Cleaning and maintaining exercise equipment and related areas.
• Performing additional custodial duties as assigned by the Facility Manager.
• Providing courteous, professional customer service and assisting visitors with general facility information as needed.
• Following established cleaning procedures and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Tennessee driver's license required.
• Must successfully complete a background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including bending, twisting, working in confined spaces, and using a step ladder.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.

Schedule:

• Morning shift available
• 20 hours per week
