Maintenance – Fairview, TNWhat We Offer

- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
- Respond to after‑hours emergencies when needed
- Maintain inventory and operate within budget
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of Maintenance experience in multifamily housing
- Strong HVAC background with EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
- Skilled in general maintenance: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry
- Reliable transportation and basic tools required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to walk the property regularly and work in all weather conditions
