Our requirements:- Class A CDL License
- One year of tractor-trailer experience
- 22 years or older
- $1,800 - $2,000 weekly pay
- 5 Day work week (Some weekends expected during peak season)!
- 2500+ miles per week
- .55 CPM + stop pay
- Late model equipment
- No slip seating

QualificationsThe individual will join our operations team and support our paving, seal coating, striping, and concrete teams. This role involves performing physical labor on commercial and industrial projects, including assisting with material placement, surface preparation, and finishing work. You will also help maintain safe job site conditions, operate various tools and equipment, and support the successful completion of each project.
You will be responsible for.
- Maintain truck logs and paperwork per state and federal regulations when traveling out of state.
- Communicate with the Foreman for pickup/delivery instructions and report safety concerns.
- Inspect and maintain truck equipment, including tires, lights, brakes, fuel, oil, and water, ensuring roadworthiness
- Perform pre-trip inspections, complete logbooks, and follow Florida CDL laws and regulations.
- Safely operate single and multi-rear axle trucks, adjusting to road conditions and ensuring proper maneuvering on-site and over the road.
- Load, unload, and secure equipment/materials safely over various terrains.
- Operate paving machines to maintain material flow as needed.
- Perform routine vehicle servicing, including fueling, lubrication, and basic maintenance.
- Assist the on-site crew with general labor, traffic control, and clearing work areas when not driving.
- Direct traffic to prevent disruptions and ensure job site safety.
- Keep tools and equipment organized, maintained, and accounted for daily.
- Clear all equipment and machinery from the site upon project completion.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures to prevent injury and equipment damage.
- Report accidents, incidents, or safety issues to the Foreman, Superintendent, or HR Manager.
- Support material/equipment transport and complete additional tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid CDL and DOT certification required; must pass drug test and background screening.
- Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety.
- Physically capable of driving 8-10 hours, lifting up to 60 lbs., and working in extreme weather.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and small engine equipment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must follow all safety protocols, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to management.
- Willing to assist with on-site labor tasks when not driving.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support workflow and schedules.
