Arecibo Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with our client, to recruit an experienced  Head Bartender and Head Waiter  for the stunning  Macdonald Inchyra Hotel & Spa , located in the heart of Scotlands Central Belt. Macdonald Hotels & Resorts is an award-winning hospitality group with over 30 hotels and 5 resorts across the UK, plus luxury resorts in Spain, renowned for exceptional service, AA-rosette dining, championship golf courses and luxury spas.
The Opportunity
These are  hands-on senior roles  within a high-quality food & beverage operation, ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy leading by example and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Youll take responsibility for your area of specialism while supporting wider F&B operations, acting as a role model for service standards, professionalism and teamwork. There are clear progression opportunities into supervisory and management roles.

Key Responsibilities
Lead your area of specialism (bar or service) while supporting other departments as needed
Act as a point of reference for the team during shifts
Maintain exceptional standards of service, cleanliness and presentation
Support training and on-the-job coaching of team members
Deliver proactive, guest-focused service and resolve issues efficiently
Ensure all F&B areas are clean, organised and service-ready
Deliver high-quality table, conference and room service
Lead by example during busy service periods
About You
Minimum  2 years experience  in a similar hospitality role
Confident, organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A natural leader with a positive, can-do attitude
Passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
Comfortable working evenings and weekends
Must be  18+
