Based off £20/hr 37.5 hours per week days. Also on-call payment and overtime available (if perm OTE can circa 45-50k)
We are recruiting for a maintenance electrician to join a facilities team in the Stirling area providing building services maintenance to a large scale estate. Monday to Friday days, 37.5 hours per week.

Electrician

Duties & Responsibilities
Completing building services / electrical maintenance
To undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems
BMS operation
General HVAC and mechanical building services maintenance
To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements
To respond to client requests, providing a professional and timely service
Compliance checks and associated documentation
Small works and lifecycle refurbishment

Skills & Background Required
Recognised professional Electrical engineering qualification, Level 3
18th edition
Ideally JIB Gold card (but not essential) or CSCS
Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment
Must be presentable, articulate with a sound understanding of compliance and PPM paperwork and records
Familiar with Facilities Management Sector
May be required to clear a security check
