We are looking for a Sign Installer to join our friendly, professional team at Signs Express (Falkirk) to help with the installation of a wide variety of signage projects both internally and externally.

Signs Express (Falkirk), Unit 2E, West Mains Industrial Estate, Grangemouth, FK3 8YE

💷Salary:
Range £28,000 - £35,000 per year, plus overtime dependent on experience.

Working Hours:

Full‑time position, Monday‑Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

🚗 Travel: A full driving licence is essential.

• Pre‑install assembly.
• Planning ahead based on the week's work schedule.
• Liaising with production and sales staff.
• Interpreting briefs accurately with a great understanding of different signage and installation techniques.
• Following all company procedures and guidelines to ensure all signs are created/ fitted safely and securely.
• Ensuring Risk Assessments and Method Statements are understood and followed.
• Taking responsibility for your own and others' health and safety when working.
• Always providing outstanding customer service to our clients and others.
• Assisting in‑house production staff when required.

• A positive can‑do attitude.
• Be well organised and be able to work alone, as well as part of our team.
• Ability to problem solve on site.
• High standard of workmanship to ensure minimum snagging.
• Experience in the use of LED technology.
• The ability to interpret briefs accurately.
• IPAF/PASMA/CSCS accreditations (desirable but not essential).
• Clean driving licence.
• An understanding of the importance of health and safety.

• You will have the use of our company vehicles, with all tools, uniform and PPE also being provided.
• 29 days holiday allowance (inclusive of bank holidays).
• Christmas and New Year closure to allow time with friends and family.
