Electrician

Electrician West London | £19.21 per hour | 3 months, ongoing An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrician to join a large, forward-thinking NHS Trust delivering critical estates services across multiple hospital sites. Working within the Estates & Facilities team, you will play a key role in maintaining and supporting essential electrical infrastructure across clinical and non-clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities Carry out maintenance, fault finding and installation on electrical systems including power, lighting, fire alarms and nurse call systems Work on essential infrastructure such as generators, UPS systems and standby power supplies Diagnose and repair faults in line with BS7671 Wiring Regulations Support PPM and reactive maintenance programmes across the estate Contribute to installation projects and minor works Maintain accurate records and support compliance across estates systems Work collaboratively with multi-skilled trades teams Requirements Recognised electrical qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)

Experience with in a complex estates environment (healthcare/public sector desirable) Strong understanding of electrical systems, plant and equipment Knowledge of health & safety regulations and safe systems of work Ability to work independently and across a multi-site portfolio
