We are seeking a proven Paint Technician
, Paint Sprayer
, Panel Technician
, Panel Beater
, SMART Repairer or Bodyshop Technician to join our mobile repair team as a Mobile Bodyshop Technician
.

Key responsibilities:

• Travel within the Falkirk area and surrounding locations to perform vehicle body repairs at customers’ workplaces, homes, and approved sites.
• Use the state‑of‑the‑art Mercedes Sprinter and fully compliant repair capsules, including a self‑sufficient power source.
• Complete repairs as directed by a central team—no cold calling or unsolicited visits.
• Continuously develop and apply advanced repair techniques, including Hybrid & EV vehicle repair.

Requirements:

• Full UK/EU driving licence.
• At least Level 2 bodyshop competence (or higher) with proven experience in paint, panel, or body repair.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to undertake regular training and professional development.
