Mobile SMART Repairer

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading accident repair group based in Falkirk, for a Mobile SMART Repairer. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced and skilled automotive technicians seeking a dynamic mobile role within a reputable organisation.

• Basic salary up to £45,000, with an OTE of £55,000 (uncapped)

• Travelling within Falkirk and surrounding areas as part of a mobile repair team
• Carrying out repairs on customers’ vehicles at their home, workplace, or approved locations
• Repairing minor bodywork, SMART repairs, and filler work
• Working on vehicles based on pre-supplied details, with no cold calling involved
• Ensuring all repairs meet industry standards and quality expectations
• Maintaining accurate records of work performed
• Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times

• Qualified or time-served in all bodyshop repair disciplines, with an emphasis on Paint, SMART Repair, minor panel, and filler work
• Experience with methods and insurance bodyshop techniques is preferable
• Full UK/EU driving licence is essential
• Proven experience in all aspects of vehicle body repairs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
