Are you an experienced SMART Repair Technician, Cosmetic Repair Technician or Paint Sprayer looking for a role that offers excellent earning potential, a fully equipped company van and the freedom of working out on the road?
We are recruiting an experienced Mobile Repair Technician to join a leading Bodyshop Group, covering Falkirk and the surrounding areas.
With a salary of up to £45,000 plus bonus, the overall earning potential is £55,000+, alongside an excellent benefits package and fully kitted-out company van.
The Role Mobile Repair TechnicianAs a Mobile Repair Technician, you will be responsible for completing a range of high-quality cosmetic and SMART repairs, ensuring every vehicle is returned to the customer to an excellent standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out bumper and trim repairs
- Completing plastic repairs
- Minor dent removal and cosmetic repairs
- Inspecting vehicles and identifying any additional repair requirements
- Mixing paint to achieve accurate colour matches
- Carrying out paint spraying and refinishing
- Completing SMART and cosmetic repairs to a high standard
- Carrying out quality checks on completed repairs
- Accurately recording all work completed and ensuring times are recorded within agreed time frames
- Maintaining a professional approach when dealing with customers and representing the company
We are looking for an experienced SMART Repair Technician, Mobile Repair Technician, Cosmetic Repair Technician or Paint Sprayer with a strong Bodyshop background.
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience within SMART Repair, Cosmetic Repair or Bodyshop Paint Spraying
- Strong plastic repair experience essential
- Experience carrying out bumper, trim and minor cosmetic repairs
- Strong paint preparation, colour matching and spraying skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A genuine commitment to producing high-quality repairs
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- A good work ethic and the ability to work independently
- A full UK driving licence
