Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for approximately 10 mixed-use retail and office properties, including month-end close, financial reporting, and year-end close.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of mortgages, real estate taxes, insurance, and utilities.
- Prepare and process CAM, water, and percentage rent billings.
- Support additional projects as part of a collaborative, proactive team.
- This is a fully onsite role, requiring five days per week in the office.
- 2+ years of accounting experience with working knowledge of GAAP, accruals, and prepaids.
- Experience with M3, Sage, or a comparable ERP system.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
