Overview
Staff Accountant
North Andover Area | $60K-$80K | Temp-to-Hire | On-Site
Growing food manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations within a collaborative finance team.
Responsibilities- Support Accounts Payable and accounting operations
- Review invoices, coding, and weekly payments
- Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and month-end close
- Support payroll reporting and journal entries
- Help improve accounting processes and controls
- Work closely with vendors and internal departments
- 3-5 years of accounting or AP experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC14 preferred
- ADP knowledge is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- $60K-$80K based on experience
