Job Description
The Center for Corporate Citizenship seeks an experienced, organized, and high-energy individual who will enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, participating in Center projects, events, and initiatives, and managing the logistical elements of Center programs and events.
This position will provide hands‑on management of the membership, Executive Education and Conference revenue cycle and operational logistics for all events held by the BC Center for Corporate Citizenship.
Responsibilities- Manage and execute membership, Executive Education and Conference billing and collections.
- Manage all event logistics, including travel arrangements and reimbursements for staff and guests.
- Coordinate logistics and data‑entry in the Center’s CRM system to capture member engagement information.
- Provide administrative support for Director travel and meeting scheduling as needed.

Position: – Finance & Operations Administrator
Grade: 2nd
Full‑Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $59,400 to $74,250; salary commensurate with relevant experience.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2 years of professional experience in a fast‑paced professional office.
- Maturity, discretion, and good judgment in prioritizing and communicating incoming requests.
- Ability to proactively draft proposed responses for directors.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and juggle competing demands.
- Excellent project‑management skills and the ability to keep work plans moving both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work independently, delegate tasks, and work with a broader team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM system preferred.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills required.
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
