Our client, a leading professional services firm specializing in economic and financial consulting for litigation and regulatory matters, is seeking a Receptionist to join their Boston office. This opportunity offers hours of 8:30AM‑5:30PM and a pay rate of $24HR.
Job Responsibilities- Greet and direct staff, clients, and visitors while maintaining a professional front desk presence.
- Coordinate catering orders and assist with meeting room set‑up and cleanup.
- Manage conference room scheduling and resolve conflicts.
- Answer and route incoming calls, take accurate messages, and follow up as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail/packages using shipping software.
- Support office operations including opening/closing procedures and general upkeep.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, filing, and data entry.
- Review and prepare invoices for approval and assist with basic expense tracking.
- Prepare weekly office communications and newsletters.
- Prior corporate front desk or receptionist experience required.
- Professional, outgoing demeanor with strong customer‑service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced office environment.
- Experience supporting office operations, events, and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable handling mail/packages and basic financial/admin tasks.
