Executive Administrative Assistant – Employee Benefits Team
We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Employee Benefits Team on a hybrid work schedule in Fall River, MA. This role is integral to keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, providing administrative, data, and project support across a fast‑paced insurance environment.
Responsibilities- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and team logistics.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and distribute action items following meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for leadership as needed.
- Draft and proofread internal communications and memos.
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain spreadsheets and reports.
- Pull and distribute recurring operational reports.
- Maintain electronic filing systems, document version control, and SharePoint/Teams site content.
- Assist with the design and production of marketing materials.
- Support data cleanup initiatives in coordination with the operations support team.
- Maintain Power of Attorney records for Registry Support.
- Assist with processing invoices, expense reports, and vendor correspondence.
- Support new employee onboarding processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Prior experience in a professional office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Required Experience: 2‑5 years of relevant experience.

Education:
High school or equivalent.
The expected salary range for this position is $19.54/hour–$34.07/hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
