What You’ll Actually Do
  • Customer Service:
    Provide front counter and phone support to coworkers, lawyers, law enforcement, and the public.
  • Data Management:
    Enter and update case information, restraining orders, and records within automated court systems.
  • Document Processing:
    Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and organize court papers, documents, and folders.
  • Case Preparation:
    Assist Probation Officers by pulling folders, verifying daily lists, and preparing necessary case documents.
  • Information Retrieval:
    Request information from other agencies and courts, and manage criminal record identity issues.
The Must-Haves
  • Background:
    Entry-Level. A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency is required.
  • Experience:

    One year of related work experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Skills:

    Proficiency with modern office equipment and technology, including computers and applicable software, strong organization, time management, customer service, and attention to detail.
