Hours: 32 hrs
Shift: Evening shift, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm with weekend and holiday rotation
Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital – Fall River, MA
Position reports to the Emergency Department Team Leader or designee. Perform a variety of clerical duties including but not limited to: conduct patient interviews, provide clerical support, patient registration, data/order entry, transcription of orders, collation of medical records and other clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications- Completion of four years of high school plus specialized courses and training.
- Completion and passing of the Medical Terminology course is required.
- Computer skills including knowledge of the Meditech computer system and related secretarial experience are preferred.
- A minimum of one year related work experience is required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID‑19 or exempt as per company policy.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
