Based in Fall River, MA, our client is an established industry powerhouse looking for a motivated Sales & Account Management Specialist
. This is not just a sales job; it’s a chance to manage a robust portfolio, some travel for trade shows, and play a pivotal role in a fast-paced, high-energy distribution environment.
As a key member of the sales team, you will balance proactive outreach with high-level account maintenance.
- Portfolio Management: Proactively manage and grow an assigned customer list, ensuring maximum value and satisfaction for every client.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities through cold calling and networking to expand the client base.
- Order Excellence: Handle end-to-end order entry and logistics using Sage 300 (training provided), ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact to resolve product issues, credit discrepancies, or stock challenges with a "customer-first" mindset.
- Trade Show Presence: Travel to represent the brand at trade shows, including booth setup, networking, and teardown.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Sales, Account Management, or a high-level Customer Success role.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is a must.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills (bilingual in English/Spanish is a major plus!).
- Project Management: A strategic thinker who can prioritize tasks, improve existing workflows, and manage tight deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- Adaptability: Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with both the "big picture" strategy and the "small detail" data entry.

Salary: $60,000 to $70,000
