Operations Supervisor - Leader Bank Pavilion

Job Overview

The Operations Supervisor will supervise all activities within the venue operations department, focusing on guest experience and day-to-day operations. The role reports directly to the General Manager.

• Supervise all visitor and warehouse operations activities with a focus on guest experience.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event and warehouse staff.
• Directly manage event‑day staff while interacting directly with customers.
• Maintain and control high‑volume food and beverage inventory.
• Lead venue operations under the direction of the General Manager and support staff supervision.
• Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and assess compliance with corporate procedures.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product and food quality.
• Ensure all cash‑handling procedures are documented and enforced.
• Conduct physical audits of inventory and product, research, and perform reconciliations.
• Practice and encourage safe work habits, follow safety policies, and complete required safety training.
• Report all safety incidents to the company’s risk management system on the same day they occur.

Pay rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with excellent time‑management and prioritizing skills.
• Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.
• Fluent in English.
• Can work in an open‑aired environment during all climate conditions.
• Can lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds up and down stairs/ramps.
• Will work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Mobility sufficient to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
