Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager - Licensing to join a leading biotech organization based in the United States. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in business development, licensing, and antibody drug discovery to contribute to a dynamic and fast‑growing company at the forefront of innovation in multiple therapeutic areas. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth by establishing and managing external licensing opportunities and partnerships.

- Drive the identification, development, and execution of external licensing, co‑development, and strategic partnership opportunities to support corporate growth.
- Lead analysis, preparation, and presentation of business cases for prioritized opportunities, including assessments of key assumptions and risks for management review.
- Initiate and lead cross‑functional due diligence, including coordination with R&D, CMC, clinical, regulatory, operational, and finance teams, often serving as the primary BD contact.
- Oversee all aspects of business development transactions, including proposal development, negotiations, deal closing, and alliance management.
- Contribute to refining the overall licensing and strategic growth roadmap aligned with company goals.
- A Degree or higher level in pharmacology, immunology, cancer biology, or a related biomedical science field.
- Proven experience in antibody drug discovery, target validation, and evaluating biological data for therapeutic licensing narratives.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English to effectively bridge global R&D and business communication channels.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with a focus on aligning scientific capabilities with partner pipeline needs.
