A well-established, employee-owned multidisciplinary consultancy is expanding its New England environmental division and looking for a Licensed Site Professional to lead practice growth across Massachusetts and Providence.
This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity. The firm has already proven the model in Connecticut, building a new environmental practice from zero to $2M in revenue within twelve months. Massachusetts and Providence are the next phase of that expansion.
Crucially, you will not be starting from scratch in isolation. You will be joining a ready-made office with the full support of an established Connecticut environmental team behind you, alongside the wider infrastructure of a firm with reach across New England and New York. A dedicated marketing, business development and procurement team sits behind the scenes to support client development and proposal activity, and the firm already has an established client base across Massachusetts and Connecticut ready to capitalise on from day one.
The right candidate will have the technical credibility, existing client relationships, and entrepreneurial mindset to build a practice, not just deliver one.

- Strong MassDEP / Chapter 21E regulatory knowledge
- Experience across site investigation, remediation strategy, and RAO sign-off
- A demonstrated track record of client development or business generation
- PE or PG licensure advantageous but not essential
- Ambition to build a practice, not just manage a workload
- Employee ownership — genuine equity stake, not just a salary
- A ready-made office with support from an established CT environmental team
- Dedicated marketing, BD and procurement support behind you
- An existing MA and CT client base to build from day one
- Autonomy to shape the Massachusetts and Providence practice
- Compensation structured to reflect seller-doer expectations
- The infrastructure and brand of an established East Coast firm behind you
