- Lead Solution Operations activities for complex new business offerings
- Support Solution Operation activities and process improvement efforts
- Define and Document process steps and control points
- Facilitate the booking activities for hardware and software components
- Manage complex, phased agreements ensuring accurate pricing and invoicing
- Monitor accurate installation base records and manage escalation of commercial issues
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in service delivery
- Effective communicator; results-oriented, and energetic
- Experience with in a large, matrixed organization
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with LEAN methodology, Service Max, Salesforce or SAP preferred
- Working knowledge of quoting platforms, project management tooling, CRM, reporting, analytics, and IT tools
Demonstrates expertise in leading solution operations and process improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on service delivery and effective communication. Proficient in managing complex agreements and driving the adoption of AI-enabled tools within a large, matrixed organization.
