Senior Program Manager

• Lead, plan, and execute large-scale, complex programs and projects supporting Acrisure’s Client Service Center
• Own end-to-end program strategy, governance, and delivery for cross-functional initiatives with multiple interdependent projects
• Define program strategy, roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics aligned to business objectives
• Establish and manage program governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks
• Oversee program budgets, forecasting, tracking, and financial accountability
• Manage third-party vendors and external partners
• Drive alignment across operations, technology, client service, and business teams
• Identify and manage program-level risks, dependencies, and issues, driving resolution
• Provide executive-level status reporting and lead stakeholder and steering committee communications
• Achieve program-level business outcomes and value realization
• Lead resource planning and prioritization across program work streams
• Drive operational improvements and scalable processes
• Lead change management and adoption efforts for successful implementation and sustainment

• Proven ability to manage large, complex programs with multiple work streams and dependencies
• Experience owning program budgets, including forecasting and financial tracking
• Demonstrated success managing third-party vendors and external partners
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior leaders and executive stakeholders
• Ability to drive alignment and influence across cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with program delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives, including coordinating multiple concurrent projects or programs
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience utilizing program and project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, , or similar platforms
• Experience supporting complex call center initiatives
• Experience supporting digital transformation or process improvement initiatives
• Insurance industry or financial services experience preferred
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred

Demonstrates expertise in managing large-scale, complex programs with a focus on program strategy, governance, and delivery. Proficient in financial accountability, stakeholder communication, and driving operational improvements across cross-functional teams.
