Senior Manager, Amenities and Program Management

• Lead initiatives shaping workplace amenity strategy
• Develop data-driven strategies to improve food, wellbeing, transportation, and emerging program performance and outcomes
• Shape amenity programs serving more than 80,000 Fidelity associates
• Frame opportunities to drive decisions and build business cases for change
• Set amenity policies
• Conduct industry research
• Develop an approach to consistently assess associate feedback
• Support development of program budgets and the multi-year strategic plan
• Collaborate with senior leaders, enterprise stakeholders, and vendors
• Communicate clearly and frequently across Real Estate
• Rebalance priorities as business needs evolve
• Deliver strong results aligned with business priorities, associate sentiment, and operational requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7 plus years of experience in Business Strategy, Consulting, Marketing, or Workplace Strategy
• Analytically thoughtful, research-focused, and intellectually curious
• Critical thinking with excellent judgment and strong initiative
• Learning attitude and willingness to continuously evolve and drive value to the business
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making through strong written and verbal communications, including presentations, grounded in data and insights
• Problem-solving skills and ability to assess factors and recommend solutions
• Excellent engagement skills and ability to work across the organization and gain alignment
• Comfortable working independently with a proven strategic and tactical track record
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility culture with concurrent priorities
• Expert-level skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Share Point
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
