Travelling Project Superintendent – $2B+ Heavy Civil / Marine Infrastructure Megaproject

An industry-leading, employee‑owned heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to support delivery of a landmark $2B+ infrastructure project in the Northeast.

This is a rare opportunity to join one of the nation’s most respected self‑performing contractors on a highly complex, long‑term program involving large‑scale concrete, structural, marine, and heavy civil construction works.

• Heavy civil construction
• Mass concrete operations
• Marine, bridge, transportation, or industrial construction environments
• Managing field operations, subcontractors, schedules, and safety performance
• Formwork and concrete systems including experience with DOKA, EFCO, or similar
• formwork/shoring systems

• Oversee daily field operations and coordinate multiple scopes of work
• Drive safety, quality, production, and schedule performance
• Lead craft personnel and subcontractor teams
• Coordinate concrete sequencing, formwork installation, and heavy structural activities
• Work closely with Project Management, Engineering, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
