• Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and union labor teams
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and contractors
• Ensure project alignment with specifications
• Monitor on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Foster strong client relationships to drive repeat business
• Maintain the organization’s reputation for excellence
