- Process Orders:
- Efficiently process customer orders received through various channels.
- Accuracy Review:
- Review paperwork associated with orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Follow up promptly on any discrepancies or missing information.
- Warehouse
Collaboration:- Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Collaborate on inventory status, product availability, and any special requirements for cold storage.
- Manage heavy email and phone call volume professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up with internal and external customers in a timely manner.
- Audit and Discrepancy Resolution:
- Regularly audit system and/or reports to identify and address any discrepancies.
- Take corrective actions to maintain order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently as needed.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle a fast‑paced work environment with accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay RangePay Range: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
This pay range represents the Company’s good‑faith estimate of the starting hourly compensation for this role at the time of posting. The actual rate will be determined based on a combination of factors including experience, qualifications, work location, and internal pay alignment, in accordance with applicable laws.
