Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers and a strong understanding of the printing industry. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing support throughout the printing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with order placements, changes, and cancellations.
  • Provide information on product offerings, pricing, and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the production to ensure seamless communication and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
  • Assist in generating quotes and processing orders according to company procedures.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, in the printing industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
