Bay Coast Insurance in Swansea, MA is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our Quick Assistance Team—the frontline of our agency. You’ll be the first voice our clients hear when they call or visit, handling requests and routing to the right person.
You’ll work closely with Account Managers and Producers to keep service moving, manage binder requests, billing questions, changes, and other quick-turn tasks while delivering friendly, efficient support to our clients.
