Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Join the Ice Cube LLC team! We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service and support our warehouse operations.

• Process customer orders accurately
• Schedule appointments and coordinate deliveries
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Resolve order issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Support daily office and warehouse operations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft Office and inventory/WMS systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
