Health First Family Care Center, Inc. offers a full-time, in-person, paid Dental Assistant training program with classroom and clinical components funded by a workforce pipeline.
Classes via Career Step prepare for MA dental assistant licensure; hands-on days include observing procedures, chart updates, and dentistry techniques. Participants commit to 10 weeks of in-person paid coursework and a 6-month paid internship at Health First, followed by a 2-year work commitment upon acceptance.
