Multi-specialty group in Southeastern Massachusetts has an immediate opening for a Board-certified or Board-eligible Otolaryngologist to join an established ENT surgeon in a busy practice. There is an immediate need in this community following the recent death of an established senior surgeon.

The successful candidate would have an immediately busy outpatient practice and would be credentialed to perform surgical procedures at Saint Anne?'s Hospital and a nearby Same Day Surgi Clinic. The practice has abundant opportunities for general otolaryngology, but training and experience in head and neck surgery (including thyroid/parathyroid and parotid) would be particularly valuable.

Inpatient and Emergency Department consultations are possible, but all patients are admitted by our Hospitalist service. The patient base includes all ages from children to the elderly.

We are a 150-provider multispecialty group in Southeastern Massachusetts, representing 45 Primary Care physicians and various medical and surgical specialists. We have our own sleep lab, radiology division (CT and MRI), laboratory, and allergy testing/treatment program.

This is an excellent medical community and our broad Primary Care base provides an excellent source of specialty referrals. The salary is competitive and commensurate with training and experience. New graduates and experienced practitioners are welcome to apply.

Physicians are eligible for corporate bonuses after 1 year and eligible for partnership after 2-3 years with minimal buy-in. Of course, moving expenses, health insurance, vacation, CME expenses, and a 401K are included. We are in a healthy growth phase and are a solid and strong influence in this medical community. Extensive administrative and billing support allows the medical practitioners in our group to focus on patient care.
