Baystate Health, western Massachusetts’ premier integrated healthcare system and home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School-Baystate, is seeking a fellowship-trained Colorectal Surgeon to join our expanding Division of Colon and Rectal Surgery.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an early-career colorectal surgeon (approximately 2–10 years from training) who is looking to build a thriving academic and clinical practice while helping shape the future growth of a well-established division.
We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in minimally invasive surgery, robotic surgery, inflammatory bowel disease, and pelvic floor disorders.

This opportunity is ideal for a surgeon seeking to establish themselves within a high-performing academic health system while contributing to the strategic development of the division. - Busy, Diverse Clinical Practice:
Become part of a high-volume colorectal surgery practice caring for patients with the full spectrum of colorectal disease, including colorectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, diverticular disease, benign anorectal disorders, and pelvic floor conditions. - Advanced Minimally Invasive & Robotic Surgery Program:
Practice at a system that is committed to innovation and surgical excellence. Baystate Health offers access to three robotic surgical platforms, providing opportunities to further develop expertise in robotic and minimally invasive colorectal procedures. - Mentorship and Professional Development:

Faculty appointment opportunities are available commensurate with experience. - Comprehensive Multidisciplinary Support:
Collaborate closely with gastroenterology, medical oncology, radiation oncology, pelvic floor specialists, and a strong regional cancer program to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Qualifications- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Colon and Rectal Surgery.
