OverviewMass Optometric Associates is a doctor‑owned, patient‑centric practice delivering comprehensive eye care across Massachusetts. As a full‑time/part‑time optometrist, you will provide clinical services, manage patient care, and contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding practice.
Pay & IncentivesPay range: $125K – $183K yearly, negotiable.
Bonus potential: Up to $40K annually. Salary may vary by market.
Eligible bonuses, commissions, or incentives as part of the comprehensive compensation package.
