• Baystate Medical Center (BMC) in Springfield MA is home to one of the busiest EDs in Massachusetts and the east coast. We serve over 122,000 adult and pediatric patients annually.
• Our community EDs in Palmer, Westfield and Greenfield MA each care for >33,000 patients annually with strong subspecialty support onsite and at nearby BMC.
• Academic positions include a faculty appointment at UMass-Chan Baystate and strong involvement with our 48 residents as well as fellows in pediatric emergency medicine, research, wilderness medicine, administration, medical education, EMS, health equity, wellness, and ultrasound.
• Strong support for clinical and health services research plus state-of-the-art simulation programs.
• Qualifications:
  
  ABMS BE or BC Emergency Medicine, fellowship desired for academic positions.
• Our compensation package consists of a base salary of between $335,000- $460,000 (based on 1.0 FTE, experience level and qualifications) and annual incentive bonus opportunities.
