Baystate Health, western MA only academic center and tertiary care provider and home to Baystate Medical Practices, the largest multispecialty group in the region or the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School – Baystate, is seeking a seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our Anesthesia team at Baystate Health in Springfield, MA.

• Board certified physicians who have completed a 4-year Anesthesia Residency and a Pediatric Fellowship in Anesthesia.

The compensation ranges in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range.

Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees

• General Anesthesia: $530,000 - $585,000 - $600,000
