Pay Range: $40,435.20 $ 55,369.60 per year (based on a 40-hour workweek)

Fall River, MA

Are you ready to be part of something truly special? People Incorporated is excited to open a new, state-of-the-art Early Education Center this summer and were looking for dedicated, compassionate, and creative Infant/Toddler Teachers to join our growing team!

What Youll Do :

* Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans

* Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe classroom environment

* Support infants and toddlers in all areas of development

* Maintain strong communication with families and team members

* Monitor progress and conduct developmental screenings

* Ensure full compliance with EEC regulations and NAEYC standards

What we are looking for:

* Education and experience meeting Massachusetts EEC credentialing standards

* Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

* Minimum of 9 months of experience in an early education setting

* Passion for early learning and child development

* Experience in NAEYC-accredited programs is a plus

* Must pass all required background checks

* Valid drivers license preferred but not required
