Job Description

Provide direct support to summer program students and staff by assisting with daily program activities, monitoring student engagement, and helping to maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment.

Summer Support Staff Responsibilities

Student Support & Supervision:

Monitor and support student participation throughout daily program activities, ensuring a safe, structured, and positive environment conducive to learning and engagement.

Planning and Implementation of Program

Activities:

Collaborate with program staff and instructors to assist with all summer programs, academic and enrichment goals across all summer sites.

General Program Operations:

Assist with the setup and breakdown of daily activities, support field trips and special events, and perform any additional duties as assigned by the Summer Program Coordinator.

Reports to

Summer Program Coordinator or their designee.
