School Nurse - PART TIME

Are you a caring, motivated, and dedicated School Nurse looking for a meaningful role in a vibrant school community? Eagle Hill School is looking for a full time evening nurseand a part time nurse to join our team and help care for our students.

This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of 220 high school students who live on campus. Working in our on-campus Health Center, you’ll play a key role in keeping our students healthy, safe, and supported.

• Provide compassionate and professional care to students during the evening hours.
• Assess and treat students who visit the Health Center with illness or injury. Determine and carry out an appropriate plan of treatment.
• Maintain a current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• Meet or exceed all expectations as outlined in the Massachusetts “Professional Code of Conduct as a Registered Nurse”.
• Participate in the orientation and training of the teaching and residential staff.
• Maintain certification as a First Aid and CPR Instruction
• Assist with the daily operations of the Medication Administration program and organizing medications in advance.
• Dispense medications according to doctors’ orders. Assure all required documentation is present.

• A current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (preferably with adolescents or in a school or pediatric setting).
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• A calm and thoughtful approach, especially in emergencies.
• CPR/First Aid Instructor certification is a plus
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required

FULL TIME - Monday through Friday 3:00 pm
-11:00 pm

PART TIME - Sunday thru Wednesday 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm
