Part Time Lecturer - School of Nursing; Fall River, MA

About the Opportunity

The School of Nursing, Fall River campus, is seeking part‑time faculty to teach theoretical courses including didactic and/or skills laboratory courses in the following areas:

• Adult Medical/Surgical
• Public Community Health
• Maternal Child/Women’s Health
• Pediatrics
• Psychiatric/Mental Health

Part‑time instructor positions are available as determined by the department’s curricular and institutional needs.

• Preparation of lectures, course materials, examinations, and evaluation of student performance in the course.
• May work under the direction of the lead faculty for the course.
• Hold office hours as appropriate.

• Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum of two years relevant professional nursing experience within the last five years.
• Competence appropriate to teaching responsibilities.
• Current Massachusetts RN license.
• Previous teaching experience is highly desirable.

May, July, September, and January.
