Salary: $50,500 to $95,000 per year

• Ability to work positively as part of a team and contribute to the team dynamic

• Experience creating instructional materials and hands‑on learning activities (preferred)
• Understand the challenges students in an urban setting face and adapt teaching style and approach accordingly
• Know charter public schools and understand what makes them unique

• Bachelor’s degree required; certification preferred.
• Pass relevant MTEL/Praxis requirements within one year of employment.
• Experience using technology in the classroom (preferred).
• At least one year of teaching experience (preferred).
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to relate well to others.

Oversees work of paraprofessionals in the classroom. As directed by the Principal, may contribute to paraprofessional annual evaluation.
