Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Pay Range: $21.00 /hour - $28.50 / hour
Location: Fall River, MA
NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS

People Incorporated is excited to open a new, state‑of‑the‑art Early Education Center this summer — and we’re looking for dedicated, compassionate, and creative Infant/Toddler Teachers to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do- Create and implement engaging, age‑appropriate lesson plans
- Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
- Support infants and toddlers in all areas of development
- Maintain strong communication with families and team members
- Monitor progress and conduct developmental screenings
- Ensure full compliance with EEC regulations and NAEYC standards
- Education and experience meeting Massachusetts EEC credentialing standards
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Minimum of 9 months of experience in an early education setting
- Passion for early learning and child development
- Experience in NAEYC‑accredited programs is a plus
- Must pass all required background checks
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
