X-ray Field Service Engineer

Salary: $70,000 – $110,000 + Full Benefits

A well-established independent medical imaging service provider is actively seeking an experienced X-ray Imaging Engineer to join their growing field service team in Massachusetts.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys troubleshooting complex imaging systems, supporting healthcare customers, and working within a stable, growth-focused organization.

• Service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair diagnostic X-ray & fluoroscopy systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, calibrations, and quality assurance checks
• Diagnose technical faults and complete corrective repairs efficiently
• Deliver high-level customer support to hospitals and outpatient imaging facilities
• Complete accurate service documentation and reports
• Ensure all work complies with safety and regulatory standards

• 1+ years of experience servicing or installing medical imaging equipment
• Strong understanding of diagnostic X-ray systems
• Confident working independently in a field service environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with regional travel as required
