Operations Manager, Manufacturing Engineer
About Us
Johnson Controls is a global leader in thermal management, mission‑critical building systems, energy efficiency, and decarbonization. We help customers use energy more productively, reduce carbon emissions, and operate with precision and resilience in rapidly expanding industries such as data centers, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, advanced manufacturing, and higher education. For more than 140 years, we have delivered performance where it really matters, backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services, and an industry‑leading field organization.
We elevate customer performance, turn goals into real‑world results, and help move society forward.
Cooling performance limits AI infrastructure, semiconductor equipment, photonics, power electronics, defense systems, and other high‑powered compute applications. Johnson Controls addresses these constraints with advanced thermal management components enabled by its Stack Forging™ process, which creates single‑piece, leak‑tight metal parts with complex internal micro‑geometries for stronger cooling performance, lower pressure drop, and high reliability.
This role generally requires 4 days onsite per week.
