- Perform complicated design work through the use AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Utilize HydroCAD to develop septic system designs and stormwater drainage outlines
- Develop project specifications in accordance with city/state guidelines and industry standards
- Coordinate details between clients, internal departments, city officials, and other regulatory agencies
- Investigate, prepare, and present technical reports and presentations
- Research local permitting laws and attend board meetings
- 5+ Years of Civil Design experience - B.S. in Civil Engineering - EIT (LSIT is a plus) - Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or HydroCAD
- Knowledge of Grading/Drainage Calculations, Septic Design/Sewer Systems, and Underground Utilities required
- Background working on Site Civil Projects including Hydrology, Land Development, Structural Engineering and Utilities Work
- Knowledge of Local and State Permitting Laws, as well as Zoning Regulations
