We are seeking a Nuclear Plant Scheduler to develop, maintain, and integrate project and outage schedules at nuclear facilities. The role serves as the critical link between project managers, engineering, operations, and contractor teams, ensuring work is sequenced, resourced, and executed in alignment with plant operational requirements and regulatory commitments. Report to the onsite manager.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain integrated project and outage schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling tools.
- Coordinate with project managers and discipline leads to define activity sequences, durations, and resource loading.
- Establish and maintain schedule baselines, monitor progress, and issue regular schedule performance reports.
- Integrate multi‑discipline work packages into a cohesive schedule that accounts for plant operational windows, outage milestones, and regulatory hold points.
- Identify critical path activities and near‑critical float risks, and develop recovery plans and contingency logic as needed.
- Minimum 3–5 years of scheduling experience in a nuclear, power generation, or heavy industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software.
- Strong communication skills to convey schedule status and risk to project managers and site leadership.
Base salary range: $68.00/hr to $73.00/hr, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skills.
