LitePoint, a Teradyne Company, is seeking a Senior Microwave R&D Engineer to lead sub-THz instrumentation initiatives within Teradyne’s Innovation Lab of the Semiconductor Test Division. You will help shape high-bandwidth testing concepts for ICs operating from RF to sub-THz frequencies.
The position requires a Master’s degree (PhD preferred) and 10+ years of microwave design experience above 10GHz, with strong antenna design, RF tools, and MATLAB/Python development.
