Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Senior Structures Engineer to support critical aerospace and defense programs at Westover AFB, MA
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft structural engineering, airworthiness, systems integration, and aerospace manufacturing
.
- Provide technical expertise in aircraft structural design, integration, and airworthiness.
- Support structural integrity, system engineering, manufacturing, and configuration management activities.
- Evaluate engineering documentation, structural modifications, and compliance with military airworthiness standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support aircraft development, sustainment, and modernization programs.
- Conduct engineering analysis and recommend solutions to improve aircraft performance, reliability, and safety.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an ABET-accredited Engineering discipline
. - 15+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years supporting DoD programs
. - Required experience in Aerospace/Aviation.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft structures, airworthiness, and systems engineering.
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
.
