My client, an excellent Real Estate Private Equity Firm who is on their third fund is hiring a Fund Controller / Assistant Controller to join their team. This is a growth position and will report to the CFO/Partner of the firm. Compensation for this position is going to be around $150-170K all in with a base salary around $120-140K. This company's founders have been very successful and about 5 years ago, came from another extremely reputable firm, they are on their 4th fund which is close to $1 billion, they offer excellent benefits, a great work life balance, nice growth potential and a hybrid work arrangement.

- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related
- 6+ years of Public/Private accounting experience preferred
- Real Estate experience preferred
- CPA a plus
